Refund Policy — Deal Verdict

Single report unlock ($19)

A single report unlock is digital content delivered immediately: the full report appears as soon as your payment is confirmed. If the report never unlocked, or unlocked but showed no figures, we refund in full.

We do not refund because a report's conclusion was unwelcome — a low valuation or a negative verdict is the product working, not a fault.

As a goodwill measure we also refund an unlock requested within 14 days of payment, provided you have not downloaded, printed or sent the counter-offer letter for that deal.

Subscription ($39/month)

You can cancel at any time; cancelling stops the next renewal.
After cancelling you keep access until the end of the period you already paid for. Reports you bought outright stay unlocked forever.
We do not pro-rate part-months. If a renewal was charged in the last 7 days and you have not opened a report since it was charged, we refund that renewal in full and end the subscription.

Failed and duplicate payments

A declined or abandoned payment charges nothing and leaves the report locked. If you were charged twice for the same unlock, contact us with both payment references and we refund the duplicate in full.

Statutory rights

Before paying, you tick a box asking for the report to be delivered immediately and acknowledging that you then lose the 14-day right of withdrawal for that digital content. We store the date and time of that confirmation with your payment. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.

How to request a refund

Email mr.magomedov93@gmail.com with the payment reference shown on your receipt and the deal name. We reply within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 working days depending on your bank.
