1. What Deal Verdict is

Deal Verdict is a decision-support tool operated by Stemag S.r.l.. It applies a published, deterministic calculation to the figures you enter about a vending machine route and returns a valuation range, a walk-away price, red flags and a draft counter-offer letter.

2. What Deal Verdict is not

Deal Verdict is not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and it is not a valuation prepared by a qualified valuer. Outputs depend entirely on the accuracy of the figures you enter and on assumptions that may not hold for your deal. You remain solely responsible for any purchase decision, negotiation position or contract you enter into.

3. Your account

You need a confirmed email address to use the app. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use the app to store other people's personal data beyond what a deal assessment needs.

4. Purchases and access

• A single report purchase unlocks one named deal report on your account permanently, for as long as the service is available to you.
• A subscription unlocks every report on your account while it is active. It renews automatically each month until you cancel.
• If a subscription ends or lapses, reports you previously bought outright stay unlocked; subscription-only access ends at the end of the paid period.
• Access is granted only after our payment provider confirms the payment. A card authorisation on its own does not unlock a report.

5. Prices, tax and payment

A single deal report costs $19 as a one-time payment and unlocks that deal permanently. A subscription costs $39/month and unlocks all of your reports while it is active. Prices are shown again on the checkout page before you pay. Prices are inclusive of any applicable VAT — the amount shown is the amount you pay, and no tax is added at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

6. Immediate delivery and withdrawal

Before paying you must tick a box confirming: “I ask for the report to be delivered immediately after payment, and I understand that once it is unlocked I lose my 14-day right of withdrawal for this digital content.” We record the date and time you ticked it against your payment. Unlocking begins as soon as the payment is confirmed, which is why the withdrawal right no longer applies to that report.

Nothing in this clause affects mandatory consumer rights under Italian or EU law.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

8. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to bypass the paywall, scrape the service, resell reports as your own product, or interfere with the service's operation or security.

9. Availability and changes

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We will give reasonable notice of changes that materially reduce what an active subscription provides.

10. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Deal Verdict is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost opportunities, or losses arising from a deal you did or did not enter into.

This limit does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability for death, personal injury, fraud or gross negligence.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law, and the courts of Piacenza, Italy have jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any right to bring a claim in the courts where you live.
